NCST MEDIA officially concludes Sine-Dokyu Festival 9

Dasmariñas, Cavite, Aug 25 – The three-day film viewing event organized by NCST MEDIA officially wrapped up on August 22, 2025, marking the end of Sine-Dokyu Festival 9, AB Communication’s annual film exhibition in its ninth season.
With this year’s SDF theme, “Breaking the Silence: Headlines in Alliance”, Ulayaw Productions featured Kabataan Partylist member and activist Alexandrea Rey in their documentary, Sa Pagitan ng Gitgitan. Rey graced the last day of screening with a special appearance. In her address, she reaffirms the festival’s objective to promote social consciousness and dialogue among youth.
The screenings drew a diverse audience, with students from various programs filling the venue. Many remained after the viewings to share their reflections and reviews.
